Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please contact customer service (Email:oycf1984@gmail.com) to obtain a return authorization.

Send the returned item to the address provided by us. Please include the proof of purchase or order confirmation in the package.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to process may vary depending on your payment provider.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
